Return
We grant you the right to return products with less than 50% discount within 14 days. The conditions are described in detail in the general terms and conditions.
Return handling
If a return of the product is possible within the scope of the right of return, please note the following points:
- Returns only in original packaging. This also includes product labels and similar items.
- Please return the product complete - with the entire scope of delivery of the product.
- Please pack the returned goods properly.
- Please ensure that the returned goods are undamaged and clean.
- In short: we must be able to resell the product as "NEW".
The items can be returned by a shipping company.
Please enclose the delivery note or a note when returning items. This will enable us to allocate your return.
After receipt of the goods, we will check the return and decide whether it is in perfect condition and whether a credit note can be issued. Your payment will be refunded using the same payment method as the original payment, within 5 days.
