1 general

The General Terms and Conditions apply in the currently valid version to all our contracts and services. These General Terms and Conditions are deemed to have been accepted at the latest when products from our range are ordered. 
Our terms and conditions of purchase and delivery apply to all written, telephone and online orders and are recognized with every order.
Deviating provisions of the customer shall only be recognized if they have been expressly agreed to in writing.

2 subject matter of the contract

All offers are subject to change. A purchase contract is only concluded by written order confirmation via e-mail. If the ordered goods are not available, the seller has the right not to deliver the goods. We also reserve the right to withdraw from the sale if products are obviously incorrectly advertised and incorrectly priced.

3 prices

Prices are quoted in Swiss francs. The prices quoted include the respective statutory VAT (in Switzerland 8.1% VAT) and do not include shipping costs. An exception to this are articles with printed logos, which are shown excluding VAT - this is noted accordingly in the relevant prices. Prices are subject to change without notice. Price advantage campaigns and customer discounts are only valid until revoked.

4 payment

Payment for ordered items is possible in Switzerland by prepayment, PayPal or with numerous cards.

5 shipping costs

We ship with DPD or POST, depending on the size and type of item. The delivery costs are CHF 7.50 and are also incurred if the goods are returned.

6 delivery times

All items offered in the webshop are in stock. Orders that arrive before 12 noon will be dispatched on the same day. Goods with the indication "Delivery from external warehouse" may take 1-3 days longer.
Orders that exceed our stock will be ordered from our supplier for you. You will receive a corresponding delivery time. For such items, it is possible that the item can no longer be delivered. In this case, the item in question on the order will be canceled and you will be informed by e-mail and, if possible, offered an alternative item. Any payments already made will be refunded.
Partial deliveries are at our discretion, depending on the delivery situation, unless expressly stated otherwise on the order confirmation.
Claims for damages due to late or non-delivery are excluded.

7 obligation to inspect

You must check delivered or collected products immediately for correctness, completeness and delivery damage.
Delivery damage, incorrect and incomplete deliveries must be reported to us within 5 calendar days from the time of collection or delivery. You are aware that such a report must be made by email to info@outletgolf.ch. You may not put such a product into operation. You must keep it as received in its original packaging and follow the instructions of our customer service.

8 cancellation policy / return of orders

We grant you the right to return some of the products you have purchased from us.
We have simple rules regarding the return of items:
We will take back or exchange items marked at less than 50% off if they are returned to us unused and undamaged within 14 days.

If the ordered product was marked with a discount of 50% or more, we will not take it back. You will understand that such heavily discounted items cannot be exchanged or returned.
Likewise, goods that are made to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal requirements (e.g. embossed, engraved, printed, made to measure, custom fitting) cannot be exchanged or returned. The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene. The same applies to audio or video recordings or computer software delivered in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.
Please send us your revocation (return request) in writing by e-mail (info@outletgolf.ch) within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The time of dispatch of the revocation is decisive for compliance with the deadline.

The exercise of the right of withdrawal leads to the conversion of the purchase contract into a reverse transaction relationship, according to which the services received under the purchase contract must be refunded. In the event of withdrawal, please return the goods to us immediately in their original packaging.

Please enclose a copy of the delivery bill or invoice. This will make it easier for us to identify your goods.

The costs for sending and returning the goods are to be borne by you. 

We will refund your payments immediately after receipt of the goods in the same way as you paid (within 5 days).
We reserve the right to deduct compensation for any damage or excessive wear and tear from the purchase price to be refunded.

Return handling

If a return of the product is considered within the scope of the above right of return, please note the points below in order to avoid any possible compensation by the customer.
Please return products in their original packaging. This also includes product labels and the like.
Please return the product complete - with the entire scope of delivery of the product, including all accessories.
Please pack the returned goods properly.
Please ensure that the returned goods are undamaged and clean.
The goods can be returned by a shipping company.
Please enclose the delivery bill or order confirmation when returning goods. This will make it easier for us to allocate your return.
After receipt of the goods, outletgolf.ch will check the return and decide whether it is in perfect condition and whether a credit note (or, if you wish, an exchange) can be issued. The refund of your payment will be made using the same payment method as the original payment, within 5 days.

9 Retention of title

All goods delivered shall remain the property of outletgolf.ch until payment has been made in full. We are entitled to have the retention of title entered in the retention of title register of the canton of residence.

10 Warranty / Guarantee

If there is a defect in the purchased item that is recognized by us, we shall be entitled, at our discretion, to remedy the defect or deliver a replacement. Unless otherwise agreed, the warranty period is 24 months from the date of purchase. The warranty provisions of the respective manufacturer shall apply. Further claims of the buyer are excluded, regardless of the legal grounds.

11 electronic communication

You agree that contract-related communication may take place in electronic form.

13 printing and data errors

We accept no liability for any printing and data errors in our advertising material and/or on our website due to negligence. We are not liable for inadvertently incorrect pricing, errors in illustrations, product descriptions or other texts such as voucher or discount campaigns.

14 exclusion of liability for external links

outletgolf.ch refers on its pages with links to other pages on the Internet. The following applies to all these links: outletgolf.ch expressly declares that it has no influence whatsoever on the design and content of the linked pages. We therefore hereby expressly distance ourselves from all content of all linked third-party sites on www.outletgolf.ch and do not adopt this content as our own. This declaration applies to all links displayed and to all content of the pages to which links lead.

15 image rights

All image rights are held by outletgolf.ch or its partners. Use without express permission is not permitted.

16 place of jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising directly or indirectly from the contractual relationship is Waldkirch (SG) for both parties.

17 final provisions

Should individual points of these terms and conditions be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Any invalid provisions shall be replaced by valid provisions that come as close as possible to the intended purpose.
outletgolf.ch reserves the right to amend the GTC and the other contractual provisions at any time. The customer shall be notified of any changes in an appropriate manner.
By placing an order, the buyer accepts the above contractual conditions.
