STRAIGHT DISTANCE
Most Game Improvement irons are designed to amplify the right miss-hit (left miss-hit for left-handed players). The Qi iron features TaylorMade's patented face technology that controls face flexibility and eliminates "cut" spin, resulting in straighter shots throughout the set.
INDIVIDUAL HEAD OPTIMIZATION
Each club head has been designed to provide specific performance for that particular iron. Starting from a foundation of maximum distance and forgiveness, the face design is tailored to deliver the launch and spin required for straight, consistent shots with each iron.
FLTD CG
FLTD CG™ strategically positions the center of gravity (CG) lowest in the long irons and progressively shifts it upward throughout the set. The design provides better launch and playability in the long irons and precision and control in the scoring clubs.
CONSISTENT PERFORMANCE
The shape of the Qi iron has been developed for consistent contact and a larger sweet spot. The longer blade length improves forgiveness, while the redefined leading edge geometry is designed to give players consistent contact for a higher launch.
